    Gateway Campaign

    Concerned about old growth forest and endangered species in BC? How about climate change, highway expansion, river privatization and tar sands? Engage your passion through grassroots education on our campaign issues as well as our membership and fundraising drive.

    The Wilderness Committee is currently accepting applications for our door-to-door Environmental Canvasser position. Full time hours are Monday to Thursday from 4:00 to 10:00 pm, with a minimum commitment of 2 days a week Canvassing pays dividends and helps everyone's future.

    Qualifications:

    • knowledge of the Wilderness Committee's mandate and campaigns
    • concern for wilderness and wildlife preservation
    • outgoing, positive, dedicated

National Canvass Program

    Location: in select communities nation wide

    Seeking inspired individuals to door to door canvass in communities across Canada. Increase your communication skills by campaigning about environmental issues that concern us all. Make a difference in your community and earn $10 to $15/hour, with incentives for exemplary performers. Enthusiasm about environmental and conservation issues is a requirement. Past experience is not. Training is provided. Part or full time options evenings and weekends.
